    Superb

The location was great, the staff good, the rooms clean and certainly value for money.

The rooms were much smaller than one thought they would be.

    Good

The staff were very plesant and made our stay comfortable. It was close enough to hyde park which is an unmissable adventure to walk through. The hotel itself was comfortable and the room 208 cosy but small, nevertheless it did have everything we needed to make our stay worth while.

The breakfast was disapointing and the breakfast room in need of the walls painting. The room was in reasonable state hygiene wise until however I examined closer. Around the window was exstreamly dusty to the point when I pulled the curtians back dust flew all around the room. Around the side of the bed and at the back between the tv and bed the floor had bit's of dirt and was very dusty on the skirting. The tv played up a little and kept switching it self off, however after explaining the problem to the reception staff it was fixed on our return from a great day out around London City. Our weekend in London was fantastic and we loved our walk around Hydepark.

    Exclusive

The excellent communication and offer to accommodate our needs was second to none. We were welcomed tothe hotel in a very professional but warm manner by the lady working on the front desk . Each member of the hotel staff where accomadating and helpful nothing was to muchtrouble at all. This even continued after we checked out . If we are lucky enough to come on a trip to london again we will defintley stay in this hotel . Our trip was even more enjoyable because we stayed with you . Thank you so very much and wd will definitely be recommending to family and friends .

Location fabulous, staff very friendly and helpful, although I thought the breakfast was expensive it was worth every penny cant fault it. The hotel was clean and the furnture etc very good quality and the theme though out all matched . free internet was very handy I will use this hotel on my many trips to london

Rooms very small, to open window or curtains you have to stand on the bed, floor space also too small when you have a suitcase. Very hot I asked for the heating to be turned down in the breakfast room.room 115 has the aircon pipework out side of window which is very loud. But I was given an upgrade when I spoke to the manager.

Location is really good, 5 minutes walk of bayswater station and with plenty of restaurant and pubs (they close too early though). Staff is kind. Internet connetion through cable free.

Rooms were very small. Beverage was not cold.

Fine hotel looking at price. 4 star comparison should be made based on London standards. Lot's of hotels like this in this neighborhood, but must say, this one looked as one of the best in his kind in this area. Close to the Notting Hill shopping streets and restaurant. City center is not close by, so taxi or subway is necessary. Station around the corner. Price was really good, looking at London pricing! Breakfast was not overwhelming, but was fine in it's sort. 15 pounds for the breakfast is ok.

I was located in the basement. Nice size room ( free upgrade ), but cold. Also very noisy in the hotel. Don't expect much from the hotel staff. They are just there......

Nicely maintained older hotel in a great location, reasonably priced; pleasant and competent staff.

Noisy mechanical equipment outside the window

    Very good

The location of the hotel is excellent. Tube stations very close, Portobello Market close, also shopping mall. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one on the 4th floor which was really very quiet. Check -in and check-out was quick and easy.

I booked a single deluxe room but the size of the room especially the size of the bathroom/toilet was a bit of a shock. very small. so for tall people, people with more weight or klaustrophobic fears-this is not for you!

Hotel staff was very helpful & nice

Possibly has the smallest room I've ever seen.. It was so small that I had to jump over my luggage to get to the bathroom. And also, Breakfast is not included in the price, I never really checked but learned when I got to the hotel.

    Fabulous

Quiet, clean & near stations. Many restaurants & shops around the area make my stay very relax & enjoyable.

The mattress was too soft & sagged in the middle. Its time to change to a new mattress. The room was too hot & have to open the window at night. Other than that it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.

    Good

What I liked the most was the location next to Queensway and Baywater tube stations. It also was a quite quiet neighbourhood. In the room there were Internet LAN connection (good), hair dryer, flat TV (a bit weird, sometimes it did not work), iron and water kettle, new bath towels every day.

The room (4th flour) is incredibly small and I mean it. The bed was as long as there was space in the room so I had to roll over my wife when I wanted to get up. Bathrooom was small as well; if you weigh more than 100kg you would hardly take a shower. The walls are pretty thin so if you have noisy neighbours I do not envy you. There was also a hole beneath the door - the door just did not fit in as the floor was sloping down. As a result you could very clearly hear people talking on the hallway. I would say this hotel deserves 5 points out of ten, certainly not more. I ordered a deluxe double room, I would like to know what a standard double room looks like.
